For decades Dubai has been working harder and becoming an investment and educational. The Dubai Metro is 75 kilometers long. The metro trains are driverless and offer the passengers a ride from anywhere to anywhere. Dubai has developed from traveling from one place to another on a camel.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Man-Made_Developments\"><\/span><strong>Man-Made Developments<\/strong>:<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Dubai has outdone itself by not only making the tallest buildings but it has also made whole islands. One of the signature projects of Dubai is the man-made Palm Island, they are built in the shape of a palm. There are three Palm Islands; Palm Jumeirah, Palm Deira and Palm Jabel Ali. These are the largest man-made islands in the whole world. Yet again Dubai has come with something unique and something huge.<\/p>\n<p>Dubai has also made an artificial canal city known as Dubai Marina. It has beaches, tourist spots, restaurants, cafes, yacht docks, and residential and commercial towers. Many people live over there enjoying the Marina up close.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cultural_Development\"><\/span><strong>Cultural Development:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Along with all of the other developments Dubai has developed so much that people want to go there for a better career. People from different ethnicities, cultures, religions, political views, etc are living in Dubai. Due to this Dubai has become multicultural which brought various cuisines, fashion styles, and opinions into Dubai. Dubai has developed in the cultural aspect and you are going to meet a variety of people when you go there. Tourists also bring their flavors and cultures when they visit the city. Dubai respects and promotes all the cultures and allows the people to showcase their beliefs and ideas.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Educational_Development\"><\/span><strong>Educational Development:<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>UAE doesn\u2019t compromise education. It was a collaboration with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). It is a research university and focuses on sustainable technology and advanced energy.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2017, MIT merged with the Khalifa University of Science, Technology, and Research (KUSTAR), and the Petroleum Institute (PI), to create the Khalifa University of Science and Technology (KU). This step was taken to create a world-class research-intensive institution.
