The HRM also has the responsibility of offering fair compensation to the employees according to their skills, their increasing performance, and the load of work they can handle. 6. Managing the Human Resource Information System
The department also manages the information system of the different responsibilities they have. Every aspect has different systems. From recruiting to compensating all of the records are maintained in these systems.
7. Keeping track of HR data and analytics
The information system is used to keep track of critical pieces of information. The HRM can make informed and correct decisions through the analysis of the data. By keeping track it is easier to find solutions to problems and make practical decisions.
